Timothy is an experienced Personal Injury lawyer who joined McCabe Partners Lawyers in 2015. He has embraced his role as our Sydney-based Senior Compensation Associate and has taken carriage of the firm’s more complex matters in the areas of Medical Negligence, Motor Vehicle Accidents/CTP, Public Liability and Total Permanent Disability (TPD) claims.
Timothy oversees the entire Personal Injury practice in our Sydney office. His current responsibilities also extend to Workers Compensation, Work Injury Damages, Dust Disease Law, General Insurance Law, Estate Disputes and Unfair Dismissal.
Timothy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), Bachelor of Laws and Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Wollongong. Throughout his exceptional career, he has acted for and advised high-profile clients and companies, including global figures, large corporations and government bodies. Beyond his work in Tort litigation, he has also practised in Foreign Evidence, Contract Law, Commercial Transactions and Employment Law.
Timothy prides himself on his attention to detail, high level of analysis, and a practical solution-orientated approach. He has a proven track record of successful negotiation outcomes, great communication and effective litigation practice. It is these qualities, and extensive expertise in Personal Injury Law, that have enabled him to tackle cases with significant degrees of injury, impairment and liability challenges in multiple jurisdictions.

One of his key strengths is his ability to explain complex Legal issues to clients in plain English terms and to ensure they have a clear understanding of the process of their matter.
