Fei joined McCabe Partners Lawyers as a property solicitor in 2017, having previously worked in a number of law firms in Sydney CBD.
During his time at McCabe Partners Lawyers, Fei has developed a keen interest in various areas of law. His current practice areas include Residential and Commercial Conveyancing – including sale and purchase of existing and off-the-plan properties in NSW, ACT and QLD; Wills and Estates – including preparation of wills, powers of attorney and enduring guardianship documents, probate and estate administration; Commercial and Business – including retail and commercial leases for landlords and tenants, sale and purchase of businesses; and Strata – including strata disputes, by-law drafting and litigation.
Fei holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International and Global Studies (Government and International Relations) from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. After being admitted to practice in 2016, he worked in Sydney CBD specialising in, among other areas, property, commercial and strata matters. Throughout his career, Fei has been exposed to a wide range of areas of law including property, commercial, wills and estates, family, criminal and civil litigation.
Fei has a warm and personal approach when dealing with clients and has developed a loyal client base. His empathetic and friendly nature enables him to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and build strong relationships.
